The Christian Center of Love and Faith, was born as a church on May 26, 1991, with the purpose of glorifying the name of the Lord our Almighty God, under the Lordship of our Lord Jesus Christ and totally guided by the wonderful Holy Spirit of God and preach the glorious gospel of the Good News of Salvation in the city of Santiago de Cali.

The work was initiated by the Founding Pastors OSCAR GERARDO MINA SAAVEDRA and ELIZABETH VARGAS VALLEJO in a family home in the San Fernando neighborhood in the south of the city, where the support of the Lord our Almighty God was seen from the beginning with healings, deliverances and miracles.

After a short time with no room for the people, a larger place was rented in the Santa Isabel neighborhood where also, God showed his power and glory and was completely filled, having to move near the south-east highway to a much larger place, which God filled with crowds and had to make five (5) Sunday services.

God moves his hand, to begin to impact the city in very important places such as the theater "Jorge Isaac", the auditorium of Fine Arts, known as the Bethoven Hall, "the Coliseum of the People" and the Velodrome "Alcides Nieto Patiño", where many times was given the opportunity to preach the word of God, confirming the Lord with the signs that followed. (Mark 16:20). Not long after, the Lord opened the doors to rent one of the largest stores in the south of the city of Cali, where a hypermarket used to operate.

Parallel to the explosive growth that God gave to the church, God took the congregation to also preach the word of God in other cities of the country, and today to the glory of God the Christian Center of Love and Faith has 30 branches nationwide in the main cities of Colombia. Due to the thousands of families that attend the main headquarters in Santiago de Cali, 5 services were not enough, but had to be expanded to 7 (seven) Sunday services, by the immense mercy of God.

And at the same time, we can also say that for the glory of God we have transcended the borders of our nation with the glorious message of our Lord Jesus Christ in International Headquarters of the Amor y Fe Church in Miami (U.S.A), Madrid and 5 more in Spain, Paris and London (England).

Help and coverage is being given to several Churches and Servants of God in the United States, in Europe and in different countries of the world, fulfilling what it says in the scripture: Matthew 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying: All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

This has been accomplished and will continue to be accomplished because Jesus Christ is our Lord, Savior and Shepherd. All this is for the glory of God and the Extension of His Kingdom, in the glorious name of our Lord Jesus Christ and guided always by the wonderful Holy Spirit of God and in obedience to the blessed and holy word of God.

The main headquarters, glory to God, also has 2 radio stations, 2 television channels, plus worldwide services on the Internet to exalt and make known the glorious name that is above every name, the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only one in which there is Salvation and Eternal Life.
